During the 2 days before TechEd Australia – prepare to be able to extend, connect and manage your Windows 7 environment like never before.
So you have deployed Windows 7 (or are at least a fair way into your planning for it!) – so what now? During this fast paced technical workshop led by industry experts - students will experience technologies in action which you may have only dreamed about – but are made easy with Windows 7. We will show you how to make an application available in seconds on a desktop and how to manage machines that are not part of your network - yet you’re still expected to have the administrator’s touch!
In this 2 day hands-on training event, come and learn about the features that will enable you to manage, connect and configure your Windows 7 environment – fun packed and filled with demos and hands on labs (but light on the PowerPoint) – this is your chance to see what is possible with the Windows 7 environment.
You will look at technologies that will enable secure connection from outside your environment without a VPN, learn how to troubleshoot and support Windows 7 PC’s using DART, AIS and other acronyms. You will learn how to ensure your machines are compliant and running as per your internal specifications as well as experience and configure the MDOP tools and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
